Chicken Chow Mein
TIP: Use a Wok to have a better result.
Preparation
1. Boil water in salted water.
2. Cut all vegetables into julienne
3. Bleach the beans (put in boiling water and let them stand for 5 minutes in cold water)
4. Cut the chicken breast into very thin strips
5. Cook the pasta al dente, once ready, add the
Sesame oil.
6. Sauté all the ingredients in a frying pan, starting with the chicken and ending with the pasta.
7. Add soy sauce to taste.
8. Finish with sesame oil and chives for decoration.
