The resource for the development of its activities of production of goods is constituted by the effort and solidarity of a group of people who participate in this process of production, or service provision with which they seek to meet needs, to strengthen growth as an entity and to sustain self-consumption and the benefit of communities in marginalized areas of the state of Oaxaca, based on an excellent operational capacity, academically well founded for to address specific issues related to the production and procurement of environmentally conscious organic products.
